I'm proud to be the founder and president of RMR, an agency truly dedicated to family. I am married with three wonderful children - Randall, Marie, and Ryan. Their initials are where RMR got its name. I'm also a grandfather to eight grandchildren ranging in age from newborn to 13 years old.


Ever since we opened our doors in 1999, RMR has been a family-owned and -operated agency. We pride ourselves on serving our clients in all their Life Insurance and Medicare needs. With RMR, you will have an agent and staff that you will know on a first-name basis. When you call our office, you will be greeted by a real person -- not an automated system. Leveraging my background as a former U.S. Marine, I specialize in assisting veterans beyond their VA coverage, ensuring they receive all eligible benefits. As an agent, I take pride in offering my clients the finest insurance options tailored to their health and financial needs, fostering empowerment in their decision-making process. After over a decade on the broker side, I took over as Chief Operating Officer in September 2023. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of RMR Insurance Agency, I bring extensive experience and strategic leadership to the organization. With a proven track record in the insurance industry, I am adept at optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation.


My responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes to enhance productivity, and implementing effective strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. I collaborate closely with our brokers to make sure our clients are receiving the best service possible.


Through my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, I strive to position RMR Insurance Agency as a market leader in providing high-quality insurance products and exceptional service to our valued clients.

With 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry, I've served as a broker, dedicated to advocating for my clients' best interests. My primary responsibility is ensuring my clients receive maximum benefits at minimal cost. Drawing from two decades of expertise, I meticulously select the best plan for each individual. The camaraderie within our company feels like family, and is paired with the freedom of a flexible schedule. When not working, I enjoy golfing, swimming, and a bit of tennis. Since joining RMR, I've been on a journey to help others while seeking adventure. My job involves meeting folks in person to guide them through the Medicare system, acting as a middleman to ease their confusion about medical insurance. With my knowledge of different companies and plans, I simplify the complexities of Medicare for my clients. Making a positive impact, whether by saving them money on medications or helping with groceries, is deeply rewarding for me.


Outside of work, I value spending time with my son and family, exploring new places, and rooting for the Buffalo Bills to win a Super Bowl one day. I believe in simplicity, communicating with clients in plain language, like I would with my own parents. Above all, I prioritize my clients' needs and always strive to put their interests first.

With 12 years of experience as a Sales Agent, I previously spent 20 years in grocery retail, serving in various roles from store manager to buyer. My primary responsibility is to expand my book of business continually. Leveraging a robust set of people skills, I prioritize building strong relationships with clients. What I appreciate most about working for RMR is the familial treatment I receive. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and hunting, enjoyable pastimes that allow me to recharge and unwind.

I've been a licensed life and health insurance agent with RMR Insurance Agency for 6 years. My insurance career began as a pharmacy billing specialist, handling Medicare, Medicaid, and Third Party Insurance claims for Skilled Nursing Facilities. Afterward, I transitioned to become a licensed Home and Auto Insurance Agent with Farmers Insurance for three years before expanding my expertise to include Life and Health Insurance. In my current role as a Medicare Advantage Insurance agent, I simplify the process for recipients, guiding them through enrollment and explaining different plan options tailored to their needs.


My goal is to alleviate the stress and confusion surrounding Medicare enrollment by providing clear guidance and education on Medicare Advantage plans. I conduct thorough research to find the best plan for my clients' doctors, medications, budget, and lifestyle, ensuring they receive optimal coverage. Additionally, I monitor their plan annually to ensure it remains the best option available.


Working for RMR Insurance Agency, a small, family-owned business, is fulfilling as it aligns with my values. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, fishing, and spending quality time with my family, supporting my children in their favorite sports. Just as I prioritize my family's best interests, I approach my clients' needs with the same level of care and commitment.

With 12 years of experience as an insurance agent, I hold a NYS LAH license and maintain membership in the National Ethics Association. Each year, I dedicate myself to continuing education and certification courses to stay updated and maintain my license. My primary focus is on working with seniors, leveraging my extensive knowledge to help them find the ideal health insurance plan tailored to their needs. Throughout my tenure, I've prioritized thoroughness with every client, ensuring we find the best fit for their individual circumstances. My passion lies in assisting seniors to access the benefits they deserve, save money, and feel secure in their health insurance choices.


Beyond work, I enjoy paddle-boarding, kickboxing, and reading, often embarking on adventures with my two kids. Understanding the complexities of the Medicare world, I strive to offer honesty, patience, and hard work to every client, alleviating the confusion and overwhelm they may face.

I have been working as an insurance broker for 9 years. Prior to this, I spent 27 years as a team leader and supervisor at Harden Furniture. In my current role, I sit down with Medicare members to review their current plans and ensure we find the right plan to fit their needs. With extensive knowledge of Medicare plans, I am adept at helping clients navigate their options. Building rapport with seniors comes naturally to me, and I take pride in providing them with attentive care. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting and spending time outdoors, as well as quality time with my family.

For the past 6 years, I've served as an insurance agent, dedicating my expertise to RMR Insurance across multiple states. Before transitioning to insurance, I spent 9 years in physical therapy, providing me with a unique perspective on insurance's practical application. My main objective is to assist individuals in finding insurance plans that seamlessly facilitate healthcare access while optimizing benefits.


Having worked directly with patients in the medical field, I possess a deep understanding of diverse insurance needs. This insight enables me to tailor services to each client, avoiding one-size-fits-all solutions for a more personalized experience. Outside of work, I'm passionate about staying active, whether through workouts or coaching jiu-jitsu. Physical fitness isn't just about personal enjoyment—it's also about ensuring I'm capable of caring for my wife and daughter. My guiding principle is to treat others as I wish to be treated, providing the same level of care and attention to my clients as I would expect for my own family.
